Worth the Hype? Empty Worth the Hype?

Is this game actually worth the hype? Its won awards but does it live up to them? I havent played it yet but Ive heard it is an amazing game. Has anyone played it or seen it played? Tom Clancy is an amazing writer and this game hopefully is his best

You can download the demo that is out on XBL. I haven't tried it yet, but it will probably be your best chance to try out the game.
